Company history

Battuta Aviation was established in 2011 at Sharjah Airport International Free Zone in the United Arab Emirates. In 2016, the business relocated to Sydney, Australia, from where it continues developing aviation relationships across Australia, Asia-Pacific, the Middle East and international markets.

Named for a traveller

Ibn Battuta crossed three continents in the fourteenth century on relationships, local knowledge and persistence. Seven centuries later, connecting distant aviation markets still takes exactly that.
