1. About Battuta Aviation
Battuta Aviation is an independent aircraft charter broker, aircraft leasing intermediary and aviation consultancy, operating as an Aviation Division of Air Limo Australia Pty Ltd, Sydney, Australia. Battuta Aviation is not an air carrier, does not own or operate aircraft, and does not hold an air operator's certificate. All flights arranged through us are performed by licensed third-party air carriers, and all leases are contracted between lessor and lessee directly.
2. Website information
Aircraft specifications, encyclopedia entries and availability listings on this website are indicative only, may vary by variant, operator, configuration, engine type and regulatory approval, and do not constitute an offer. All aircraft are offered subject to prior lease, sale or withdrawal without notice, and subject to contract.
3. No advice
Content on this website is general information, not legal, financial, tax or airworthiness advice. Obtain independent professional advice before entering into any aircraft transaction.
4. Brokerage services
Brokerage and consultancy engagements are governed by the specific written agreement entered into for that engagement, which prevails over these website terms.
5. Representation and remuneration
Battuta Aviation may act on behalf of aircraft users, owners, operators or lessors depending on the engagement. Our role, scope of representation and remuneration arrangements are disclosed and agreed before commencing a formal mandate.
5A. Confidentiality
Information identified as confidential — including owner, operator, registration, MSN, maintenance and pricing details — is released only on qualified enquiry and, where required, under NDA.
6. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Battuta Aviation excludes liability for loss arising from reliance on website content. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including the Australian Consumer Law.
7. Intellectual property
Website content is owned by or licensed to Battuta Aviation and may not be reproduced without permission.
8. Governing law
